Metabolic Research Center changed my life! I am not paid for saying this but it’s true! I tried everything for years and lost a few pounds here and there but Metabolic Weight Loss really worked for me! I lost over 50 pounds and have kept it off now for a year. The people that work there really care about you and work with you to find a plan that works! What have you got to lose? Except the weight! Give them a try!

If you’re an older person like me with some insulin resistance and cannot lose weight, this program is the key to success! I've had a great experience with MRC Lakewood! I am 10 weeks in and down about 23 pounds and couldn’t have done it without the support of Marta and Emily. They really are amazing coaches! I struggled with accountability in my eating habits and meeting with them weekly has definitely helped with that. The program/menu is also very easy to follow and they customize it to your specific needs. You eat real food with this program so it is easy to incorporate into your daily life. Joining MRC was one of the best things I have done for my health!
