I have really appreciated all the help from the staff at MRC Springfield MO on my weight loss journey. I currently have lost about 35 pounds so far. I started this journey at 256 pounds and with so much inflammation in my knees that I could hardly walk. The inflammation is gone and now feel like a new person in my body.
