I found more than just weight loss with Metabolic Research Center! I came in looking to lose weight but after my saliva panel test I found out my hormones were partly the problem. Long term stress left me with high and elevated cortisol levels. With help from Andrea and supplements along with a B-12 prescription I feel like a new person! My patience level is back, I feel like a human again and can finally relax. Not to mention I’m losing weight now too! The best part is I’m learning how to eat the right way with portion control and carb, fat, protein ratios. I didn’t grow up this way so it was all new to me but easier than I thought! I am now passing down my healthy habits to my kid and making balanced meals for him and my husband!

MRC COLUMBUS GEORGIA is wonderful! Meredith, my coach, is amazing! She coaches as well as is the Director of both the Columbus and Auburn facilities! My family and I (4 of us) have lost over 270 pounds over the past several years and we feel great! Her style of coaching is like none other! No guilt, shame, or brow beating. She listens and works with you where you are. You tell her what you like and/or don’t like and she’s got a plan for that! I highly recommend Columbus Metabolic Research Center!
