I am very happy that I made the decision to come to the Metabolic Research Center. I have been on many diets over the years and had basically given up on ever dieting again but thought I would give this a try. This program is working for me. Terry and Bonnie are wonderful resources. They answer all my questions and I enjoy my weekly check-ins. I think with the changes I have made and with what I have learned, I will be successful going forward. I am excited about the future! Feb '25 A year later.... I lost 50 pounds in six months and have kept it off. I feel great! Going to the Metabolic Research Center was one of the best decisions I have ever made!
