My wife and I both are on a weight loss journey with Jessica and Metabolic Research center. We have both lost weight and plan on staying with the program. The meal plan is easy to follow and they give you suggestions that are very helpful. I think the most important thing to understand is that you didn’t get to the place you are overnight, so don’t expect to get to your goal overnight. It takes time. But it is worth it.

Ever since giving MRC in Eugene a try after a friend’s success there, I’ve become less susceptible to cravings and more energetic. The first few weeks and I was already losing noticeable weight! I've tried numerous weight loss programs and I've lost weight but I would gain the weight right back. I went to Metabolic Research in Eugene and with their help and coaching I've lost over a hundred pounds. Coaches are there to teach you how to eat correctly, give you encouragement and support when you need it. If you've tried other weight loss programs and have struggled to keep the weight off, you should look into MRC and see what they can do for you.

The staff in Eugene are SO supportive and have taught me so much about food, hormones, etc. This is the first time I haven’t given up on my goals and they’ve helped me have the confidence to finally commit and it’s really paying off! This is also the first time I’ve heard my labs are NOT normal like I always suspected! Decided to try some of their meds they recommended recently and I’ve been impressed with all the other benefits that has added to my daily life. You can’t shut me up on how AWESOME & AMAZING MRC (Metabolic Research Center) is! The Eugene office ladies are the best! I am truly blessed to have Jess as my counselor/coach, she is a 1000% on my journey with me. I have been a BIG guy long enough! No more 4X , 3X shirts and 52” waist shorts & pants in my life going forward. I am not stiff when waking up in the am! I literally just fly out of bed. My aches and pains have all but disappeared. The steering wheel in my VW bus doesn’t hit my belly anymore! I chose the non- GLP 1 route and it was made for me. In 7 weeks I have lost 41.6 pounds and 25 total inches off my body. The face and body are begging to match the vision of what I think I look like. So wonder of a gift. Special thanks to a friend for referring me and you know who you are. Love you.
