My name is josh and i am 36 years old. I started MRC 7 months ago and it changed my entire life. I weighed 365 pounds I was depressed, had severe anxiety and I couldnâ€™t even work. I walked into sues office and told her I needed help. Sue has been so amazing throughout my whole journey and has supported me every step of the way.
