I have been coming to MRC since October 2022. Let me start by saying that Emily and Marta are amazing! Even when I have struggled with sticking to program, they have both been so positive and encouraging. I have tried many different diets and weight loss methods over the years, but MRC is the only thing I've gotten consistent results with. With MRC, I am able to hold myself accountable and get back on the horse (so to speak) when I fall off. I highly recommend MRC and the amazing coaches here in Lakewood!
