I had tried different options to lose weight at my age. I would get so frustrated when I felt like I was trying so hard and would be lucky if I lost one pound after a few weeks. I always gave up at that point. I started looking at the advertisements that would pop up online. I wasn’t keen on them because I felt like I needed the face to face interaction. I checked around and found Metabolic Research Center. I ended up changing my diet (almost) entirely. With their help, I saw results immediately. The face to face help has made a huge difference. The drink additives (for protein) that you add to water, are amazing! They taste so good. So are the bars that are available (just in case you need something “on the go” when you don’t have time to make a meal). Taking everything into consideration, Metabolic Research Center - Centennial is A+++.

Also, having not only measurements and a scale weight, they can help review water weight loss, fat loss and muscle loss. It was important to me to eat high protein and not lose muscle mass and this team kept me on track. Utilizing their high protein drinks and snacks were a plus, along with their key supplements.
