The ladies at MRC are absolutely fantastic! They are helping me reach my goals of a healthy me! So far, 28 pounds and 47 1/2 inches gone! GONE! I’m T2 diabetic, and everything in the program has been helping me get my A1C numbers down, (currently at 6.0) and towards my main goal of Remission (5.5)! It’s possible & I’m just about there! These ladies have been with me every step of the way and I’m grateful for all of them! If I can do this, you can too! You have to choose to be healthy! MRC can help you get there!

I learned about the MRC from a friend whose wife was successfully losing weight thru the program. I scheduled an appointment and met with Josh who explained the weight loss process and answered all of my questions. I signed up and have lost 18 pounds in 6 weeks! I have never felt better. Highest recommendation! I went in not knowing what to expect. All I knew was I need some kind of help and that I wasn't getting anywhere on my own no matter how hard I tried. The staff took their time with all my questions to make sure I fully understood. They are friendly and always there to help you out and cheer you on. I look forward to my weekly check ins. Weight loss and getting healthy are not always the easiest, but it helps when you have a whole team in your corner and that is exactly what this Metabolic's team does for you!
