I'm so glad that I found this clinic. Marta and Emily have been so supportive. They know the program inside and out. So when I hit a plateau they know how to tweak things so that I can lose more weight. The plan is wonderful. Food choices come from a great variety so I don't get bored. And it's easy to follow too. This is a life style not just a diet!
