To get healthy when you are not is a huge obstacle, walking to the center you feel welcome with positive reassurance that you’re in the right place! Meeting with a coach/personal trainer is even more of an obstacle but when you sit down with Katlynn she was very knowledgeable not only on the diet side but very knowledgeable on the activity side! A Life-Changing Experience at Metabolic Research Center! I remember vividly crying and telling my husband, "I can't live like this anymore." That night I did research and decided I needed a professional. For years my weight would drastically jump up and down. This time I had been diagnosed with a medical condition that emphasized weight gain, and I sank into a hole of depression.
