Over decades I’ve been up and down (mainly up) with my weight, doing it on my own. One final ditch before giving up, I tried MRC clinic in Colorado Springs. I’m proud to say I’ve dropped 110 pounds in a year and have been keeping it off for over 6 months. I’ve learned a lot about foods, weight, and most importantly - myself! Yes, it can get expensive, but this is an investment in myself and an incentive to keep the weight off! The coaches work with you on what you can do. I can’t say enough about the support from the coaches and all staff at MRC. They cheered me on and gave me support when I needed it the most.

I've had a great experience with MRC Lakewood! I am 10 weeks in and down about 23 pounds and couldn’t have done it without the support of Marta and Emily. They really are amazing coaches! I struggled with accountability in my eating habits and meeting with them weekly has definitely helped with that. The program/menu is also very easy to follow and they customize it to your specific needs. You eat real food with this program so it is easy to incorporate into your daily life. Joining MRC was one of the best things I have done for my health!
