Metabolic Research Center has been a great addition to my health and wellness journey. Shea and team have been awesome in providing guidance and solutions in my weight loss journey. I have been a client of Metabolic for almost a year. I am down 60lbs and 62inches of consistent losses. Also, having not only measurements and a scale weight, they can help review water weight loss, fat loss and muscle loss. It was important to me to eat high protein and not lose muscle mass and this team kept me on track. Utilizing their high protein drinks and snacks were a plus, along with their key supplements. Recommend this team if you are interested in weight loss and need accountability and support.
