I have a slightly different perspective with my experience. I’ve lost 30lb in 7 months and that has been amazing, in addition to this, my regiment with MRC has helped heal and manage my PCOS. Being able to do that with out filling my body with lots of hormones is something I didn’t even know was possible. It’s difficult wading through life when you hear, you need to lose weight to balance your hormones while knowing your PCOS is causing blood sugar issues that are preventing weight loss. It has been the best part of my journey so far! I’ve worked every step with Jamie and she has so kind and encouraging!
