I had a great experience with Metabolic Research Center in Sioux City. Over the last 7–10 years, I tried several different programs to lose 15+ pounds, but most of them left me feeling dependent on their products to lose weight and keep it off. This program felt very different from the start. Tamara took the time to really listen to my past experiences, including what worked and what didn’t, and helped create a program that set me up for success. She explained every option along the way and I always appreciated that she was educational and informative without ever being pushy, giving me the information and letting me decide what was best for me. What I loved most was that she taught me the nutrition side of things so I could cook for myself while on the program and after, instead of relying on pre-packaged foods like I had with other programs. I was able to lose the 15 pounds I wanted to lose, maintain that weight loss, and I’ve never been happier. I would absolutely recommend MRC Sioux City and Tamara to anyone looking for a program and a person who truly cares about you and your goals.
