Our online recipes and In The Kitchen With MRCcookbook contains favorite dishes from our staff and clients to enhance your experience while eliminating those annoying hunger pangs.

What will I eat with prescription weight loss program?
All medical weight loss programs are paired with an MRC Menu(s) designed to maximize nutrition with results. Your menu(s) will provide you with a variety of protein, vegetable, carbohydrate, and healthy fat food options. Balanced portions are also provided so that you are consuming the foods that will help you feel your best while losing weight with our medical weight loss programs.
What do I need in order to qualify for medical weight loss?
You must be at least 18 years of age in order to participate in injectable weight loss programs at Metabolic Research Center. You must complete a health screening with our healthcare provider. A Weight Loss Specialist will meet with you to help determine which program(s) might be right for you, schedule your health screening, and answer any questions you may have about getting started on prescription weight loss with MRC.
How long will it take to receive my prescription?
Prescriptions for medical weight loss will either be mailed directly to your house or picked up at your local center. In most cases prescriptions arrive within 1-2 weeks.
I was thin until I had kids. Can MRC help me lose the unwanted fat deposits?
How long do I have to wait before starting another round of compounded medications?
Most individuals who are in need of another round of medication can go right into their next round without a pause or waiting period. Your Weight Loss Specialist and/or healthcare provider will discuss options for continuing your compounded weight loss medication.
