Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to purchase pre-packaged meals?

No. Our weight loss menus are easy to prepare and even easier to follow. You will eat wholesome foods that you buy at your grocery store or order at a restaurant when you eat out. There are no pre-packaged meals to buy, no counting calories and no guesswork.

Do I need to have labs done through you or can I use my own?

In most cases, lab work is not required. Should our physician need to see your labs, they will let you know on an individual, case-by-case basis. If labs are needed, then you are welcome to provide your own from your primary healthcare provider, provided they are in date and include any required panels.
