Prices will vary depending on your personalized menu and the level of support you need. The average cost for our standard 17-week program is as little as $7.00* per day. All our programs include; easy to follow customized weight loss menus, private one on one support, unlimited weigh-ins and more. Many of our clients report spending far less on food after beginning our program. Because you are preparing most of the food yourself (and eating less of it), you are likely to realize significant savings compared to other diets that use their own pre-packaged meals. *The estimate of $7 per day includes a 17-week weight loss program and the required minimum of 2 MRC High Nutrient Supplements per day. Clients may choose to purchase other products such as additional high-nutritional supplements, nutraceuticals, and meal replacement shakes to accelerate weight loss and further control cravings.
