Is health insurance required in order to participate in MRC prescription weight loss programs?
Health insurance is not required in order to participate in prescription medical weight loss programs through Metabolic Research Center. Referrals are not required either.
I'm not sure if medical weight loss is safe for me. How can I find out?
Schedule a free consultation at an MRC office near you. We'll review your goals, health, dieting history, lifestyle and more. Additionally, all individuals enrolling in medical weight loss programs will receive a health screening with a licensed healthcare practitioner to further determine eligibility to participate in a prescription weight loss program. I was thin until I had kids. Can MRC help me lose the unwanted fat deposits?
What can I expect after I sign up for my medical weight loss program?
After you sign up for your program, you'll meet with your healthcare provider for a comprehensive health screen. Your prescription will ordered and delivered, in most cases, in about a week's time. Your MRC Team will provide you with instructions and supplies for administering your compounded medication, and you'll continue to meet with your MRC Team to monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed. You can expect great service and results through Metabolic Research Center.
How do you take compounded medications?
Compounded medications like peptides are injected subcutaneously either into the stomach or thigh. We will provide detailed directions and work with you to make sure that you feel confident administering your medication prior to starting.
