Is medical weight loss safe?
You will receive a health screening prior to starting your prescription. Your prescription comes from a licensed pharmacist, and you’ll meet regularly with your team of MRC Coaches to monitor your progress throughout the duration of your program.
Will we discuss my failed efforts to lose weight?
I'm not sure if medical weight loss is safe for me. How can I find out?
Schedule a free consultation at an MRC office near you. We'll review your goals, health, dieting history, lifestyle and more. Additionally, all individuals enrolling in medical weight loss programs will receive a health screening with a licensed healthcare practitioner to further determine eligibility to participate in a prescription weight loss program. Does Metabolic Research Center have supplements and diet aids?
Can MRC help me maintain my target weight?
Do your medications cost thousands of dollars a month?
No. Our prescription weight loss medications do not cost thousands of dollars a month. Our compounded weight loss prescriptions start at $399-$499 for a one month supply. This includes your prescription, medical supplies, menu(s), and personalized coaching.
I've undergone a pretty stressful situation in my life and gaining weight. Does Metabolic have a plan for me?
Can I use my HSA or FSA account to pay for my prescription?
Yes, we are able to accept Flex Spending/HSA cards with a Visa, Mastercard, American Expressas, or Discover logo as payment on eligible medical weight loss purchases. Eligibility is determined by your carrier, not Metabolic Research Center.
