I started in September with 30 pounds to lose. As Of now, I have lost 21 pounds, that is in 2 months. Monica and Liz are great counselors and are very knowledgeable. I am so happy that I am able to do this program. This is the first time I have been able to stick with a plan. I do believe it is because of the these 2 caring people.

I have been going to MRC off on and off since 2019. They are the best at what they do and will assist you with picking the best program they have to offer for your success. When I stuck to their program I was an able to meet my goals and then like many of us, I'd get off track. But with their continued guidance they helped me get back on track to meet my goals again. You will notice that you have more energy and determination within a week or two from the start. I highly recommend them to help get you to where YOU want to be. You will love the staff at the Palm Coast office. They are honest, professional and very personable.

I just want to say, we love Donna and Tina at Greeley MRC. My hubby and I have both lost 35-40 pounds ,depending on Birthday's and trips. We love the encouragement from both of these ladies, meal prepping is the easiest way for us to lose and stay on track between living our best lives ever! These ladies work so hard to help you achieve your weight loss goals, and they are passionate about celebrating your milestones!
