I have been on a weight loss journey since I was 16! I had great success but needed help to get to the end, turning 50 is no joke and need to get off the last pesky pounds! When I called the Loveland location instantly I knew I met the coach I will need to finish this journey and get to where I want to be (though the journey will always be there to maintain and ups and downs). Debbie not only cares SO much for her clients but she has been there and knows what it feels like to do this. And all of this was just in the 10 minute phone call, I couldn't make an appt fast enough to sign up. Thank you for all your dedication and I am excited to see my success!

I’ve tried several different weight loss programs throughout my life but by far have found the most success with Metabolic Research Center. The best part is the program feels sustainable! It’s not a “diet” it’s a lifestyle that brings joy and happiness. My relationship with my body has completely changed over the last six months and for that I am so thankful. I just want to say, we love Donna and Tina at Greeley MRC. My hubby and I have both lost 35-40 pounds ,depending on Birthday's and trips. We love the encouragement from both of these ladies, meal prepping is the easiest way for us to lose and stay on track between living our best lives ever! We even have a personal trainer at the gym M,W,F mornings to keep the muscle mass in place. Thanks for making it easier to play with my grand babies! Phil and Denise

The scales just kept going up and up. Blood work and doctor reports not great. By Christmas I knew I had to make a change. The first week of January I called MRC Destin and my weight loss consultant Daffiney got me started. By the end of September I've lost 50 pounds. Now I'm in transition before going on maintenance. Her support and help has been wonderful and what I needed to make a healthier me. I didn't believe at 73 I could do it. To move from size 16 &18 pants and XXL tops to size 8 &10 pants and medium tops has been life changing! My doctors are all happy with the positive health benefits and I feel so much better! I still can't believe the me I see in the mirror. Cleaned out my closet and it's fun to shop again!

Diane Mahlberg ????? 3 weeks ago I began my journey with Metabolic Research Center March 2022 and reached my goal November 2022, losing over 60 pounds. I went to the center located in Canon City, CO. The reason I picked Metabolic Research Center is that they not only guide you to lose weight, but they also include a maintenance program to help you keep it off. That has always been my downfall after losing weight, maintaining it. I’ve found that the coaches are very helpful and encouraging at MRC in Canon City. The main coach that I’ve worked with in Canon City is Josh. There are days that I wanted to give up, but he’s always helpful with suggestions and encouragement to help me keep going. If I’m feeling down or blue, he always picks up my spirit and puts a smile on my face. It’s not only learning how to eat right, we also need to work on our attitudes that may cause us to not take good care of ourselves. The supplements they offer help to give you boosts in your weight loss journey and help you stay on program. I can’t say enough about how much it has helped me not only lose weight, but gave me the tools to help keep it off. I especially thank my wonderful coach, Josh, that has never given up on me and always there to help me. Thanks MRC!

Stephanie, Kacey, Katie, and Meredith are making the impossible, possible! I’d gone to my medical doctor (who told me I’d forever be overweight unless I basically starved myself) . I’d gone to a plastic surgeon’s weight loss clinic. I’d been working out for over six months. I’d been gluten free and sugar free for over six months. Even after ALL that I couldn’t seem to lose weight. I was completely skeptical of every promise, every contract, every encouragement. These amazing ladies CHANGED EVERYTHING! They are literally making the impossible-possible! These fabulous ladies are the backbone of my weight loss!
