MRC Fayetteville is the best! All of the women in this office are so supportive, encouraging and helpful. Sandy has been a weight loss mentor for me for a few years, and she has been nothing but helpful and supportive along my journey. Everyone is so willing to give helpful advice to aid in weight loss or health goals in general. I’ve never felt judged or uncomfortable. It is a very warm, friendly environment. If you are looking for weight loss help and or support, I would definitely recommend coming here to see this wonderful team!

I have done both the traditional and medical weight loss programs and both are very effective. However, the medical program has been life changing! Six years ago, in 2018, I joined MRC and successfully lost 40 pounds and 53 inches and met my goal. I loved my coaches and the program was easy to follow. It was fun because the results were immediate. I did maintain for at least 3 years before I hit menopause and my body went through some major changes. I decided to rejoin in 2024 and it was the best decision ever. This time, I incorporated GLP-1s to pair alongside the traditional MRC plan. I met my goal in a few months and I’ve never looked back. I have a ton of energy and the GLP-1 injections were a “tool” to help get me on track following menopause. I’ve successfully maintained. I love the program! Also, before rejoining I was consigning clothes and I ALMOST took my favorite jeans. I then decided to keep the jeans and that would serve as my goal! I am WEARING those jeans again and never going back!
