The coaching and help I’ve received has been phenomenal. I know they will help me stay on track where I can continue to lose weight. The recipes are wonderful and so are the drinks. I’ve tried several recipes & all are great. Made the crab cakes last night and had asparagus with it.

MRC Ortega is great. I have been very successful in losing weight through one of their programs with John's guidance a few years back. I chose to ignore what I learned and I'm back and know I can be a lighter, healthier version of myself under John's guidance. He doesn't judge or criticize but instead uses information and discussion to keep you on track. I am losing weight and learning so much along the way. By the way, the Total Woman supplement has taken care of my hot flashes. I haven't had one in weeks

The staff at MRC in Papillon NE are great. They take the time they need to coach you on your weight loss journey. If you need product it is only a phone call away and pick up at your next visit. There are times that I just need to weigh in and review my food journal. Then I'm out the door on with my day. I appreciate Ariell and Julies cheerfulness even when the scale isn't being nice to me!
