If you’re like me, I’ve struggled with weight my whole life. In addition to weight gain (COVID was not kind), I was dealing with high stress (causing me to eat even though I wasn’t hungry), a recent neck surgery (keeping me in nagging pain), and depression (because I felt out of control and I was doing nothing for my physical and mental health). I saw the ads for Metabolic Research Center (MRC), and decided to check it out and finally do something for me. I reached out and got a call from Jess - she not only has a great sense of humor, but also made me feel very comfortable coming in for my first appointment! Over time she has educated, encouraged, celebrated, rallied, and most importantly listened to me regarding my weight loss journey, but also my personal trials. Her flexible and harmonious nature has not only assisted in my weight loss success thus far, but also fostered a bond. Jess at MRC has my back and is a supportive sounding board - all without judgement (even when I’m having a struggle week). In addition to the awesome coaching and eating plan, the supplements and protein drinks and bars have leveled out my hunger spikes and has made me feel better overall (blood sugar and increased energy). I have just celebrated a 40 lb loss! It has paid dividends at home, work, and with my mental and physical health. I’m more upbeat, happy, fun to be around, more productive because of my increased energy levels and in a healthy mind space. I highly recommend Metabolic Research Center in Eugene, OR!!

This program is adaptable to most all lifestyles (family, traveling, active, sedentary, older, youngr, etc). The diversity of the food choices is endless. It's all based on healthy eating. The coaching is superb!! If you're not a success on this program it's likely that you're not making the right food choices. Be honest with your Coach about your failures (successes too). Likely, they have experienced what you are going through. I've lost count of the different eating programs I tried over my adult life. MRC is the only one that worked. N.D.

I started the metabolic research center in Columbus. GA in Dec 2021. I have lost 54 lbs. I started out at 194 lb and am now 140 lb. I have 5 more pounds to lose and I will be at my goal weight of 135 lbs which I haven't weighed since I was in high school. I have succeeded in my weight lost because of this program. They gave me a realistic diet that I have followed where I can eat foods that I can buy at the grocery store. My consultant Stacey has been great at giving me advice that helps me throughout the week eating where I can lose weight. She is my biggest cheerleader. I am so glad I started this program and am 5 lbs from reaching my goal.

My name is josh and i am 36 years old. I started MRC 7 months ago and it changed my entire life. I weighed 365 pounds I was depressed, had severe anxiety and I couldn’t even work. I walked into sues office and told her I needed help. Sue has been so amazing throughout my whole journey and has supported me every step of the way. There were times I was getting down on myself and sue lifted me up and kept me on track and motivated me to keep going. I now weigh 253 pounds. I lost 110 pounds so far and still have a little bit more to go. I feel the best I ever have in my entire life! I highly recommend sue at MRC she helped me get my life back!

Wow! How do I start? I just absolutely LOVE Metabolic Research Center! The plan is very easy to follow and the coaches are friendly and SO helpful! They are very knowledgeable in the science of losing weight! They are always right there to help when I get stuck as well as celebrate my wins! There's no embarrassment or humiliation with this program since they've been in my shoes too! When I'm getting restless with my food plan, they always have wonderful ideas to shake things up with great recipes to try! I highly recommend MRC to anyone that is hoping to lose weight!
