MRC Ortega is great. I have been very successful in losing weight through one of their programs with John's guidance a few years back. I chose to ignore what I learned and I'm back and know I can be a lighter, healthier version of myself under John's guidance. He doesn't judge or criticize but instead uses information and discussion to keep you on track. I am losing weight and learning so much along the way. By the way, the Total Woman supplement has taken care of my hot flashes. I haven't had one in weeks

The staff at MRC in Papillon NE are great. They take the time they need to coach you on your weight loss journey. If you need product it is only a phone call away and pick up at your next visit. There are times that I just need to weigh in and review my food journal. Then I'm out the door on with my day. I appreciate Ariell and Julies cheerfulness even when the scale isn't being nice to me!

I would highly recommend Metabolic weight loss center in Papillon. The ladies at this center are so nice and helpful with your weight loss journey. So far I’ve lost 55lbs and have a little more to lose and it’s really been pretty easy to stick to. We go out to eat often and it’s been easy to find something on the menu to eat and enjoy without feeling deprived.
