If you're over 50, you (and your doctor) know how difficult it is to lose weight. MRC has helped me lose 40+ pounds and I have kept it off for over a year. How? If you are looking for help and support during your weight loss journey, this is the place for you. Before joining MRC, I went to a weight loss specialist- BIG disappointment. He had no remedy or course of action that I should take. A board certified doctor with NO answers?!? So, I took matters into my own hands- researching, looking for the right solution! I found MRC online (just like you are doing) read all the reviews, looked at YouTube and anywhere else I could find information about what this is and how this works. When I felt comfortable, I made the phone call. From the start, I felt welcomed, as if they had known me for a long time (thank you Darla). I went in, had a consult, and I was off and running! So far, down just about 30lbs in just about 3 months! Wow! The coaches are -fantastic-! Never criticizing, but will definitely give you a push in the right direction when needed. (Thank you Amy, Kate and Lynda!) From the moment you walk in and Patti greets you by name, you know they are rooting for you! I have 20lbs to go and know that with their help, I will be successful! I signed up for this program last week and learned a wealth of knowledge! They are so good about explaining everything to you so that you understand. I am a beginner to this and didn’t know about macros or meal planning or anything and they helped me set up everything! They send you home with a lot of information and a super cool goodie bag. I have been coming to MRC since October 2022. Let me start by saying that Emily and Marta are amazing! Even when I have struggled with sticking to program, they have both been so positive and encouraging. I have tried many different diets and weight loss methods over the years, but MRC is the only thing I've gotten consistent results with.
