The people here are non-judgmental and encouraging. There is a strong sense of support for clients. Even if one shows up two steps back for every one step forward, there is no shaming, just support to help one get back on track. I would recommend MRC to anyone who has some serious weight to lose.

Staff are awesome. Always listens to client. Make suggestions. Encourages clients. Sends positive texts when losing or not losing. Has incentives to win by losing weight. Discusses plans which are best for you. Average loss 1-2 lbs per week. Sometimes loss is more.

I walked into MRC Auburn around the spring of 2022. I was overweight, suffering from excruciating Hashimoto Thyroiditis and PCOS symptoms, my periods were irregular and unpredictable (if they showed up at all), my skin was thick and textured, and my mental health and self worth was in the gutter. Even after sitting down with Ari to discuss the program, I was hesitant that it would work for me. I was a pro-league dieter and binge eater. I had tried it all-- keto, intermittent fasting, phentermine, calories in-calories out-- nothing had ever gotten any substantial weight off. Even when I did lose, I packed it back on and then some. However, I was at my highest weight, getting older, and my dream of having a shot at having a baby was withering away. Apprehensive, and nervous, I took the plunge, and I can say with full confidence it was the best thing I've ever done. I finished the program in January of 2023. I lost 40+ pounds, gained a great sense of self esteem, my Hashimoto's has improved, PCOS symptoms are the mildest they have ever been, and my period is almost to the day regular, my skin is clear and smooth again, and my health team is confident I can both conceive and carry a successful pregnancy. The weight loss has been great, but the internal and external healing of my body has been what has really made me a true believer of this program. It works. The support you get from Ari is unmatched. The program is simple and structured. You will find yourself halfway through it and realize how much your relationship with food, and your thoughts on health have changed. If I can do it, so can you. I just had to get out of my own way first, and with Ari's support, I was able to. In no uncertain terms, MRC WILL change your life.

I love MRC. The program is definitely working for me and I'm very proud of my progress. The staff is friendly and my coach Amanda is amazing!! She's very supportive and doesn't make you feel bad if you have a less than stellar week. Instead, she pumps you up and makes you want to do better. If you're wanting to lose weight and get healthy, this is the place to go.
