I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience with MRC. I was pretty beaten down when I started here. I was at my all time highest weight. It has been a really great learning experience. I will continue to come in for the care and support. I love the drinks and bars. I like my body and enjoy buying clothes that fit and look good.

I have been so very pleased with my results after joining the MRC group. I have struggled with fibromyalgia and severe back pain for many years and the weight just kept creeping up. My sister-in-law got me connected after seeing the weight she had lost and just how good she looked and felt! The entire staff is so friendly and easy to work with. I met with Ari on my first visit and was completely sold! Ari is such an encourager and is an excellent cheerleader who has always made me feel that my success at weight loss was attainable. I think one of the biggest takeaways that I have, is that I felt “seen and heard†. I was completely frustrated with my weight and overall confidence was a near zero and Ari and all of the folks at MRC changed that for me. I started the program in October and have lost 45 pounds. So many people have noticed the difference and I have gotten so many compliments and words of encouragement. I can move around so much better. It has actually been fun to try on clothes again! I am very pleased with MRC AND the results I've had so far! A huge thank you to MRC!
