Marti has been a terrific coach during my time with Metabolic Research Center. I have lost almost 40 pounds so far. It was hard work but very manageable. She designed my weight loss program around my expectations and has supported me in every way. I wanted a slow, manageable weight loss program instead of those quick weight loss things that never last. She is going to be there for me even after my weight loss is complete. I will have support on keeping that weight off and that is important to me. I recommend MRC for anyone wanting to lose weight and ready to put in the effort to reach their goal. With the help of my wonderful coach Stacey I have lost 25 lbs, got motivated to establish a good exercise routine (which has me feeling great) and I'm also way more conscious about what I'm putting in my mouth.
