I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience with MRC. I was pretty beaten down when I started here. I was at my all time highest weight. It has been a really great learning experience. I will continue to come in for the care and support. I love the drinks and bars. I like my body and enjoy buying clothes that fit and look good.

I have been so very pleased with my results after joining the MRC group. I have struggled with fibromyalgia and severe back pain for many years and the weight just kept creeping up. My sister-in-law got me connected after seeing the weight she had lost and just how good she looked and felt! The entire staff is so friendly and easy to work with. I met with Ari on my first visit and was completely sold! Ari is such an encourager and is an excellent cheerleader who has always made me feel that my success at weight loss was attainable. I think one of the biggest takeaways that I have, is that I felt “seen and heard†. I was completely frustrated with my weight and overall confidence was a near zero and Ari and all of the folks at MRC changed that for me. I started the program in October and have lost 45 pounds. So many people have noticed the difference and I have gotten so many compliments and words of encouragement. I can move around so much better. It has actually been fun to try on clothes again! I am very pleased with MRC AND the results I've had so far! A huge thank you to MRC!

The atmosphere is not only welcoming and supportive, but also inspires you to commit to your weight loss goals with an unbeatable enthusiasm. The staff at MRC are exceptional - they are not just friendly, they’re genuinely invested in your journey, cheering you on every step of the way and provide much needed support on tougher days. One of the aspects I’ve particularly appreciated is the accountability of weekly weigh-ins. It might sound daunting to some but it’s done in such a supportive manner that it becomes a milestone to look forward to each week. These sessions have been crucial at keeping me motivated and on track with my goals. Then there’s Stacey, my Consultant, who deserves a special mention. She has been an incredible source of knowledge, wisdom, and support. If you are looking for a supportive environment to start your weight loss journey, I cannot recommend MRC enough.

I've been going to MRC for some months now and I'm .2 pounds away from losing 30 pounds! I was a size 16 and nothing fit right, I couldn't get around without hurting, and I was miserable! I saw MRC on my phone, joined and almost instantly the weight started FALLING OFF! I can fit into almost everything in my closet now, except for all of the XXL clothes that I'm going to consign!! It's been a win-win all the way around and I could not be happier! It's not will you lose? You're GOING TO LOSE all the weight you want, quickly and safely!
