I really like A B C D columns, they're easy for me to follow. I just want to say that doing weight loss is for my health and getting back in my clothes. Want to lose 50 pounds and Abby (my coach) is understanding and very helpful. I go to Metabolic Center in Lake Oswego. Also, I've been working out on my elliptic machine and on my stationary bike. This helps keep my blood flowing in my legs and helps burn some calories too. I'm doing good and I'm not turning back at this point; no way! I'm going to reach my goal and maintain and again thanks to my coach Abby!
