Two years ago I had gotten to the heaviest I've ever been at 286. I was pre-diabetic and had high blood pressure. I tried numerous diets and only lost 16lbs, was stuck at 270 and thought that I was never going to lose weight and was still pre diabetic and almost in the high blood pressure range.
