I have struggled through weight loss and have tried about every program out there over the years. This one is my FOREVER EATING PROGRAM for life! The plan is easy to follow with real food and the protein supplements from MRC help so much to support you during your journey. They are delicious and reasonable. I crave the vanilla drink in my coffee every morning! The staff is nothing short of amazing. They are so supportive because they are real MRC program followers themselves.
