Why am I yo-yoing on my bathroom scales?
I don't have diabetes or prediabetes. Can I still be approved for a prescription?
Yes, you can still qualify for weight loss medications through Metabolic Research Center without a diabetes or prediabetes diagnosis. Your healthcare provider will conduct a thorough qualifying exam to determine eligibility for participation in prescription weight loss with MRC.
What do I need in order to qualify for medical weight loss?
You must be at least 18 years of age in order to participate in injectable weight loss programs at Metabolic Research Center. You must complete a health screening with our healthcare provider. A Weight Loss Specialist will meet with you to help determine which program(s) might be right for you, schedule your health screening, and answer any questions you may have about getting started on prescription weight loss with MRC.
Are your medications on backorder?
At this time our medications are not on back order. We work with reputable partner pharmacies to ensure the medications for MRC Clients are available. Circumstances beyond our control do occur, but they are rare and will be communicated should they occur.
Are MRC brand weight loss products better than other brands?
It has always been difficult for me to lose weight. Can you help?
How do I know which weight loss plan is best for me?
Will my local pharmacist fill my prescription weight loss medication?
No. Your prescription will be filled by one our compounding pharmacies.
