Because you are preparing most of the food yourself (and eating less of it), you are likely to realize significant savings compared to other diets that use their own pre-packaged meals. *The estimate of $7 per day includes a 17-week weight loss program and the required minimum of 2 MRC High Nutrient Supplements per day.
