I've been trying to lose weight since I had my son. 15 years later, many of my friends showed they lost weight in a decent time, and I had started working from home. I tried everything to lose weight. Everyone has different results, but I've lost 17 lbs in two months. That's more than I had ever lost. They a supportive, timely in messaging you back, they inform you about EVERYTHING, they are legit! They ARE NOT trying to get you to eat the same thing for the rest of your life, or take supplements forever. I'm creating new habits! At Metabolic it's whatever works for you. Marti has been a terrific coach during my time with Metabolic Research Center. I have lost almost 40 pounds so far. It was hard work but very manageable. She designed my weight loss program around my expectations and has supported me in every way. I wanted a slow, manageable weight loss program instead of those quick weight loss things that never last. She is going to be there for me even after my weight loss is complete. I will have support on keeping that weight off and that is important to me. I recommend MRC for anyone wanting to lose weight and ready to put in the effort to reach their goal.
