This is a very effective weight loss program. I appreciate the weekly, one-on-one check-ins that keep me on track and focused. I get answers to the questions that I have. It is a healthy program based on real food and science. I have lost weight. I feel better, my clothes fit and I am more active. Metabolic Research Center sells supplements, protein drinks and bars that are delicious! I like to used the ready-to-drink vanilla in my coffee. The bars are a real treat and I don't feel guilty eating them!

What can I say about MRC? It really has been one of the best things I have done for myself. The hormone test alone gave me so many answers I was looking for and now I am able to focus on the healing process. However, the most wonderful part of MRC is not the inches lost, the weight loss, not even the energy boost; although all those things have been remarkable for me; it’s MARLA, my coach, my biggest cheerleader, and now my friend. The Metabolic Center is honestly the greatest place without a doubt. I came to them, not knowing who else to turn to. Even doctors were no help, at least the ones I went to. But Ruth informed me about the hormone test they have and what it does and weight loss plans, and I'm glad I did it because now I'm on a hormone that I was needing, I don’t have the symptoms that I used to, and I thank Ruth for being an amazing coach and helping me reach my milestone with my weight.
