Next week I will be on this plan for 3 weeks and it has been the easiest diet to stay with as I have had constant munchies and love salty food. In three weeks I lost 12-1/2 ponds! I take the injections too and have had no side affects. I have also gone out to eat and with the help from my coach I was able to enjoy eating out without stress or going off the plan. This is the best plan to be on so give it a try!

I went to MRC in Papillion and worked with Sara and Julie. Blood sugar was elevated and after three months of working with Sara and Julie and losing weight, my A1C went down from 6.9 to 5.3. Excellent weekly counseling, effective and healthy loss of weight. I highly recommend Metabolic Research Center for all those that need attention for health and wellness. I feel GREAT! Call them TODAY! Update: Excellent counseling and my blood tests were perfect after going to MRC. I lost 15 plus pounds and feel great!. I highly recommend MRC to anyone.
