I am very happy with my decision to start going to Metabolic Research Center in Titusville. With Monica’s help, not only have I lost nearly 50 pounds, but more importantly, I’ve gained the tools and confidence to maintain a healthier lifestyle for the long run. She takes the time to talk through mindsets, goals, struggles and wins, and tools to make smarter choices and build sustainable habits without feeling overwhelmed. Not only do I feel better physically, but I also have more confidence and truly enjoy life more. Monica is so supportive and genuinely cares about your success. I definitely recommend MRC for those that feel like they have been in a rut with their weight loss and want some outside help.

I've been going here for almost a year and I am down 100 pounds! I really like that they give you a meal plan to follow as well, that way when you are at your goal weight you will have the tools that you need to succeed without the medication! Me in the Orange was then...this is me now!

How it all started: I asked my doctor if he could give me something to help me lose weight (I failed at so many weight loss programs). The doctor said go to MRC (Medical Research Center) on Clyde Morris because a lot of patients had lost weight through them. So, after many 'drive bys', I finally put my BIG girl panties on and stopped in. I was met with a smile and Stacy took me to her office for a little chat about the program. I was so sure that this wasn’t going to work for me that I left, but, with a bunch of information. I talked it over with my husband and he said, "What have you got to lose but weight?". The next day I went back and again was met with a smile and a hello! I signed up and asked again, "Are you sure this is going to work?" Well, with the help from Leah (my counselor), I have lost over 80 lbs. I GUESS IT WORKED!
