Disgusted with how I felt and looked, I decided to try the MRC Program after seeing their ad on Facebook. I'm forever grateful that I found them, because in exactly 3 months and 3 days, I went from a tight size 14 to a comfortable size 6. Even now that I've reached my goal weight, I still stick to the easy-to-follow diet plan because I feel SO much better when I eat healthy. My Weight Loss Consultant was so supportive, and the staff was wonderful and very friendly. I've recommend MRC to many of my friends; 6 of them joined and are losing weight, looking and feeling amazing. Thank you MRC! You are rapid weight loss at it's best!

This has been the BEST experience for me! I thought I'd tried everything to lose weight and I failed at all of it until MRC. Everything they say is true! I have consistently lost weight since I started in August, 2022. It is the easiest plan to follow and the rewards are amazing. I have regained my health and my energy levels are through the roof. I went from not being able to walk across my back yard without stopping to catch my breath, to taking 2.5 mile walks 3-4 times a week. My blood pressure and A1c are both within normal range and I feel fantastic. The support and encouragement I get from my consultant is so worth it. Thank you, MRC!!
