I started the metabolic research center in Columbus. GA in Dec 2021. I have lost 54 lbs. I started out at 194 lb and am now 140 lb. I have 5 more pounds to lose and I will be at my goal weight of 135 lbs which I haven't weighed since I was in high school. I have succeeded in my weight lost because of this program. They gave me a realistic diet that I have followed where I can eat foods that I can buy at the grocery store. My consultant Stacey has been great at giving me advice that helps me throughout the week eating where I can lose weight. She is my biggest cheerleader. I am so glad I started this program and am 5 lbs from reaching my goal.

My name is josh and i am 36 years old. I started MRC 7 months ago and it changed my entire life. I weighed 365 pounds I was depressed, had severe anxiety and I couldn’t even work. I walked into sues office and told her I needed help. Sue has been so amazing throughout my whole journey and has supported me every step of the way. There were times I was getting down on myself and sue lifted me up and kept me on track and motivated me to keep going. I now weigh 253 pounds. I lost 110 pounds so far and still have a little bit more to go. I feel the best I ever have in my entire life! I highly recommend sue at MRC she helped me get my life back!

Wow! How do I start? I just absolutely LOVE Metabolic Research Center! The plan is very easy to follow and the coaches are friendly and SO helpful! They are very knowledgeable in the science of losing weight! They are always right there to help when I get stuck as well as celebrate my wins! There's no embarrassment or humiliation with this program since they've been in my shoes too! When I'm getting restless with my food plan, they always have wonderful ideas to shake things up with great recipes to try! I highly recommend MRC to anyone that is hoping to lose weight!
