Before starting with Metabolic Research Center in Columbus, I spent years dieting, exercising, and as a member of Weight Watchers. To be honest, nothing was really working. My sister joined MRC and I saw her lose a ton of weight, so I finally decided to give it a try. Thank goodness I did. For the first time in years I am actually losing weight. I can't express how happy I am and how great I feel. Everyone at MRC is amazing and so supportive. I don't find the program difficult or restrictive. To be honest it has fit in perfectly and easily with my life. I plan on staying with the program to achieve my weight goals and then continue afterwards, so I can maintain my healthy weight. I never ever leave reviews, but if my review can help one person make the decision to join, then I will be thrilled. This has truly been a positive and life-changing experience!

After meeting my personal advisor, Mandy, I was so pumped to get started on my new journey losing weight and getting healthy! I started in September with 30 pounds to lose. As Of now, I have lost 21 pounds, that is in 2 months. Monica and Liz are great counselors and are very knowledgeable. I have been going to MRC off on and off since 2019. They are the best at what they do and will assist you with picking the best program they have to offer for your success. When I stuck to their program I was an able to meet my goals and then like many of us, I'd get off track. But with their continued guidance they helped me get back on track to meet my goals again. You will notice that you have more energy and determination within a week or two from the start. I highly recommend them to help get you to where YOU want to be. You will love the staff at the Palm Coast office. They are honest, professional and very personable.
