I would most definitely recommend MRC of Cañon City! I completed their program many years ago after having my kids, and I reached my goal weight. I maintained for a long time, BUT bad habits are easy to fall back into. Their program works, and I love all the reps there too (phenomenal customer service). I returned to program this year 2025 to get back on track and back into better eating habits again, and to get those extra pounds off. Their supplements are affordable compared to other programs available today. I think having someone hold me accountable and to keep me on track sure helps the process of reaching my goals. I am back down almost 20lbs, and I hope to reach my goal weight again. Josh and Nicole are two of my favorite people with MRC. It’s worth looking into if you find yourself in the same situation as me!

Ashley is always so friendly and seems to know everyone’s name, this makes it easy to go in and discuss personal issues with weight loss. I go to the Canon City clinic. My weight loss has been a crazy ride as I have chronic pain due to back surgery years ago. I have had a total knee and total hip surgery in two years. My counselor Josh was kind enough to bring me the protein drinks, and was my biggest encouragement. I came back from the surgeries faster than expected, and know it was from the protein drinks. I maintained my weight during recovery and am once again losing weight.

Love, love this place! Coaching staff, especially Amber, are amazing! And the front office staff always greets me with a smile! The plan is awesome and the support I get is awesome, and the proof is in the weight loss! After only being on plan for 4 months, I have lost 45 pounds! But more than the weight loss, I have gained knowledge about how to eat. I was skeptical at first that I could lose weight, but I followed the plan and my coaches advice.
