This is the only program that has worked for me. I went 10 pounds beyond my goal weight over the process of a year. I was always encouraged and had my questions answered. Everyone from the office staff, the coaches and the nurses are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with their weight loss goals.
