The recipes are always wonderful too, and that’s a plus! They make things fun and exciting instead of dull and boring! You actually stay full and have a ton of energy! I could go on and on about this place, but, all I can say is if you truly want to loose weight and succeed at it, then give MRC a try! They are by far the best I’ve tried and I'll continue to stay with them in my weight loss journey!! I went to my appointment yesterday (2/19/24) and Katherine was telling me that I should try the taco casserole, so, I made it last night. It was Amazing!!! Thank you MRC, for all your fantastic recipes that I can eat on this Wonderful plan!!
