i started my program journey January 2018 amd complete d my 50 lb weight by mod May the same year. I have successfully maintained that weight loss. I am a long tome maintenance client because I choose to be amd not because I have to be. Staying engaged with MRC Murfreesboro TN has been the beat health decision I have made for myself. This program is great - and the consultants are amazing! Tjey love their work and they love their clients. This center deserves more than the 5 stars I can give here! if you need to make some self care when it comes to weigjt loss, this is the best!
