My name is Joanna, and I lost 19.5 pounds and 39 inches with Metabolic Research Center!
Before beginning the program at MRC, I had tried Weight Watchers, South Beach, The Zone - you name it! This wasn't my first rodeo. After starting MRC's program, I was astonished that I had no cravings! I could even watch others eat candy and other "off-program foods" WITHOUT craving them myself! On MRC, I felt like I was the one in charge! I think a lot of that has to do with the individual support that I received both inside and outside the center while I was losing the weight.
Now that I've reached my goal, the best way I know how to describe how I'm feeling is POWERFUL! I'm constantly telling others that are trying to lose weight that you can get the support you need to do this! It's right there at MRC!
