Well that all started to change after I started MRC! The program was so easy and I was finally losing weight. The encouragement and support of the terrific staff made such a difference for me. Before starting with Metabolic Research Center in Columbus, I spent years dieting, exercising, and as a member of Weight Watchers. To be honest, nothing was really working. My sister joined MRC and I saw her lose a ton of weight, so I finally decided to give it a try. Thank goodness I did. For the first time in years I am actually losing weight. I can't express how happy I am and how great I feel. Everyone at MRC is amazing and so supportive. I don't find the program difficult or restrictive. To be honest it has fit in perfectly and easily with my life. I plan on staying with the program to achieve my weight goals and then continue afterwards, so I can maintain my healthy weight. I never ever leave reviews, but if my review can help one person make the decision to join, then I will be thrilled. This has truly been a positive and life-changing experience!
