Having gone through the program herself, my wife encouraged me to join, too (read more about Cinda's story here). I'll admit it, I wanted to get healthy, get fit and feel better. The only turn off to me was hearing that you had to eat veggies on program (yuck!). Boy am I glad I gave in because I learned that not all vegetables are gross. I tried so many new recipes and found that with a little TLC in the kitchen, vegetables CAN taste good!
Today, I am 36.5 pounds lighter, 30.25” smaller, and I actually like the way I look! I'm healthy, in better shape, and I feel so much better. In just 17 weeks, I reached all the goals I had set out to accomplish for myself. It feels awesome to have reached my goal so fast! This program was so easy for me and I really encourage everyone to fully use the support MRC offers; they’re always willing to help! If I had to offer up a piece of advice for you, I'd say "don't eat the dessert!" - I promise it will be worth the wait!
