I heard about Metabolic from a coworker and while I watched her lose weight I caught myself saying, “I want that!”  As it turned out, the help I needed was only a Consultation away.  I felt such relief to be getting the structure and support I needed from the counselors at Metabolic.  Now, having lost over 30 pounds and 25 inches, I am beyond thrilled with my weight loss and I’m back to the size I wanted to be!  Not only have I been given the knowledge I need to keep my weight within a healthy range, but I have Metabolic to thank for helping me confront that which I can now control.

It might sound daunting to some but it’s done in such a supportive manner that it becomes a milestone to look forward to each week. These sessions have been crucial at keeping me motivated and on track with my goals. Then there’s Stacey, my Consultant, who deserves a special mention. She has been an incredible source of knowledge, wisdom, and support. If you are looking for a supportive environment to start your weight loss journey, I cannot recommend MRC enough.
