Disgusted with how I felt and looked, I decided to try the MRC Program after seeing their ad on Facebook. I'm forever grateful that I found them, because in exactly 3 months and 3 days, I went from a tight size 14 to a comfortable size 6. Even now that I've reached my goal weight, I still stick to the easy-to-follow diet plan because I feel SO much better when I eat healthy.
