I have always had a problem with my weight! I was seriously considering bariatric surgery a year ago but truly didn't want to go through it. There had to be some other way to lose the weight. Then a friend suggested MRC and I am so glad she did!! The journey has been easier than I thought and I am able to eat real food. The program allowed me to eat what my husband was eating (with a few minor adjustments) instead of some over-priced single-serve prepackaged meals. The staff are awesome as they encourage and support each and every one of their clients. If you do what they tell you and follow the plan, you can't help but lose weight! I am nearing my goal weight and look forward to going off of insulin in January as directed by my endocrinologist!!! I am healthier, I feel great and love to get the compliments from family and friends! Thank you MRC for helping me to change my life!

I recently went back to MRC after 12 years and the staff has been great! I knew Tracy from another weight loss facility so it was like coming home. So far I give it 5 stars. The staff is there to listen and offer advice and encouragement.

MRC has been amazing! I have been a heavier guy most of my life. My wife used MRC a few years ago and asked me to join with her. I refused as I am a "macho man" in my 40's. After watching her have success and take her life back, I thought I'd give it a go 3 years later (I'm a slow learner). It has been life changing. I started my journey at MRC weighing 272lbs. After 2 months I am down over 35lbs. I still have some more to lose but am confident with Donna's help I will accomplish it. THANKS MRC

This is the first weight loss program that I have done that has been successful. I have been working with my doctor for over 2 years with no success in trying to lose weight. The ladies at the Metabolic Research Center have been wonderful. They've helped me to understand weight loss and how the body will react when it loses and gains weight. They are great at helping me really understand proper servings, portion sizing and how to hold myself accountable for my actions when it comes to losing weight. I never thought that I could be this successful at losing weight.
