Before I came to Metabolic Research Center I was in a very negative place, even little every day problems would become gigantic issues, I felt sad and lost. I could not let go of my anxiety. My family knew I needed a change and my parents brought me to Metabolic. Within days of starting Program things began to change. After losing my first 10 pounds my outlook on life started to drastically improve, I saw things in a more positive light, in a way I had never seen them before. I feel like I can truly accomplish my goals! Here I am today 70 pounds GONE and I have my whole life ahead of me!

I have always had a problem with my weight! I was seriously considering bariatric surgery a year ago but truly didn't want to go through it. There had to be some other way to lose the weight. Then a friend suggested MRC and I am so glad she did!! The journey has been easier than I thought and I am able to eat real food. The program allowed me to eat what my husband was eating (with a few minor adjustments) instead of some over-priced single-serve prepackaged meals. The staff are awesome as they encourage and support each and every one of their clients. If you do what they tell you and follow the plan, you can't help but lose weight! I am nearing my goal weight and look forward to going off of insulin in January as directed by my endocrinologist!!! I am healthier, I feel great and love to get the compliments from family and friends! Thank you MRC for helping me to change my life!
